The hand Lay-up process is fabrication method of FRP product (Fiber reinforced Plastic). The FRP is composite material of resin and fibreglass strand or fibreglass mat. It concerned build up layers of chopped glass or woven roving glass fiber mat or chopped strand mat impregnated with catalyzed resin around an appropriate mould. The reinforcement is then rolled for higher wet-out and removing unfree air.

FRP or fibreglass corrugated roof sheet as well factory-made by hand lay-up method, however some issues has been arise with this process such that, mainly leads to low production rate of sheets; uniform thickness not maintaining; lay-up doesn't uniformly perform, resin is harmful for human. These issues will be eliminated by hand lay-up method converted into Automatic lay-up method with providing safety environments for works.
