Hand lay-up method is an open mould method. it's an easy method to producing of FRP product

Preparing Mold:-

We take mould and removing any dirt and dirt from mould. The mould material could also be plaster, wood or new fibreglass fiberglass chopped strand mat, apply soft wax, P.V.A. and buff with soft towel.

•       Remold :-

Lastly the sheet is removing from mould for hardening of sheet, the left in air at temperature. And remold product is final of a corrugated fiber roofing sheet.
